Dachshund Pet Purchase Agreement
1Puppy Information
Breed: Purebred Dachshund
Type: Pet Only Companion (No breeding rights included)
This puppy is being sold strictly as a pet companion. Breeding rights are rarely granted and must be discussed and approved separately by the Seller.
2Payment Terms
Purchase Price: $900
Non-refundable deposit: $400. This deposit is applied toward the total purchase price.
Remaining balance: The balance of $500 must be paid in full at pickup via cash, bank check, or online invoice.
Full payment must be completed before the puppy leaves the Seller's possession.
3Health Guarantee (Initial 3-Day Period)
The Seller guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of sale. The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours (3 days) of pickup. Failure to do so voids this health guarantee. The Seller is not responsible for any veterinary costs after purchase. Stress-related conditions (including parasites) are not covered.
By submitting a puppy application or placing a deposit, you formally agree to the terms outlined in this Pet Purchase Agreement.
